I have been very excited to be working in partnership with a good friend on a new set of children’s books. The Busy Body Series, is a new set of books teaching children (well some adults too…) all about the body and how things work.
Heather and I first met 3 years ago and we started working on the first book Bertie Bread and Rosie, I fell immediately in love with the concept and offered heather my full support with the project – since then we have gone from strengh to strengh. We now have 3 books and a fully fledged website: www.busybodyseries.co.uk
The great news is that we have just spent the day at the printers watching our books come fresh off the press. James at Pureprint invited us down for the day to experience and proof the 3 new books and to also give us an insight in to how the floor runs! Facinating day – I thoroughly enjoyed the day there looking at how it all work – how the magic happens from PDF to a fully bound book.
