Happydesigner appeared at Falmouth Book Festival – Is it true? oh YES!
On Saturday 8th the Falmouth Book Festival opened with ‘Dog Tails’ at The Royal Cornwall Polytechnic Society (the Poly). The free family spectator event saw six auditioned dogs and owners paired up with illustrators and authors Rebecca Cobb, Simon James, Michelle Cartlidge, Elina Ellis, Sarah-Leigh Wills, Caroline Uff and Philip Moran. Each dog, in an hour, had to have a story written about it and a front cover of the proposed book illustrated.

As part of a packed weekend line-up, Falmouth Bookseller will hold a competition called Dog Tales, which will involve six children and their family dogs pairing off with six illustrators, who will go away, work together and come back with a story and the front illustrated cover of a book after just 60 minutes.
